Sale of the Production Unit of a European company in the last mile electric mobility sector, fully operational: own newly built factory in Spain, own EU approved range and recognized brand in the sector.
Operation in the pre-pack bankruptcy phase (arts. 224 ter et seq. TRLC), under the supervision of the expert appointed by the competent Commercial Court.

■ HOW IT IS TRANSMITTED — PERIMETER CONFIGURABLE BY THE OFFEROR
The transfer is made free of the group's liabilities: the offeror decides what he assumes in his offer — the workers he incorporates and the charges on the assets he includes, with the mortgage subrogable or cancelable with the price.
All of this is subject to the Expert's acceptance and judicial approval.

• Company profile and procedure documentation (expert appointment order)
• Economic and financial information: audited annual accounts for the last three financial years, consolidated financial statements, trial balances and inventory of assets and rights
• Industrial property portfolio: patents, utility models, designs and trademarks
• Real estate assets: simple land registry note and information on encumbrances of the vessel
• Tax, labor and creditor documentation: certificates from the AEAT and the TGSS, list of creditors, details of personnel and list of assets, rights and contracts necessary for continuity
Access is individual, confidential, and non-transferable. The documentation is for informational purposes only: the due diligence of each bidder and the court order that defines the final boundaries of the Production Unit prevail in all cases.

Venta de la Unidad Productiva de una compañía europea del sector de la movilidad eléctrica de última milla, en funcionamiento: fábrica propia de nueva construcción en España, gama propia homologada UE y marca reconocida en el sector.
Operación en fase de pre-pack concursal (arts. 224 ter y ss. TRLC), bajo la supervisión del experto designado por el Juzgado de lo Mercantil competente.

• Activos inmobiliarios: nota simple registral e información de cargas de la nave
